Rajasthan Raiders Women’s Kabaddi team launched its official jersey

Rajasthan Raiders Women's Kabaddi team jersey and song launch in Jaipur, Women's Kabaddi League to start from June 16 at Dubai.

After IPL, Women’s Kabaddi League is now being organized. The Women’s Kabaddi League will be played at the Shahbad Al Ahli Sports Club in Dubai from June 16 to 27. On Saturday, the Rajasthan Raiders team of the league launched the jersey and song in Jaipur.

The design and texture of the jersey reflects the essence of the team. The jersey showcases a vibrant combination of colors representing the rich heritage of Rajasthan. It symbolizes the strength, determination and unwavering passion of the players of the team who wear it with pride, and inspire them to give their best on the mat.

More than 120 women players from across the country including Rajasthan will participate. There will be a total of 31 matches for 8 teams. The winning team of the Women’s Kabaddi League will be given Rs 1 crore, while the runner-up team will be given a prize of Rs 50 lakh. And the best player of the league will be given a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh. 

Expressing his views, Satish Patidar, Director and CEO of Rajasthan Traders said that the Rajasthan team is one of the strongest teams in the Women’s Kabaddi League this season. We have many national and state level kabaddi players in our team who will not only thrill everyone with their brilliant game but will give their lives to win the league as well.

He added that along with the players, we also have a qualified and excellent coaching staff. In which the head coach Keshav Mishra has a deep understanding of the game and strategic skills. While assistant coach Ravita Faujdar and physiotherapist Seema Takshak come with vast experience in Kabaddi to keep the team physically and mentally fit at all times. 

The Rajasthan team under the leadership of Captain Raman has the potential to win the trophy. They are looking forward to showcasing their talent in the upcoming season, he added.

Along with this, Bollywood actor Govinda has been made the brand ambassador of the Women’s Kabaddi League. He will promote women’s kabaddi and league across the country.
