District collector has directed all the private hospitals of Jaipur to apply online for booking the Remdesivir Injections. The injections will be supplied on the basis of requirement, availability and utility.
Managers and directors of the private hospitals of Jaipur have to apply at [email protected] till 11 in the morning to get the distribution of Remdesivir. The injections will be provided to them in the direction of the district level three-member committee.
The documents to be provided in the email to acquire Remdisivir for patients in Private hospitals in Jaipur:
- Prescription
- Letter from Hospital
- Aadhar card
- Covid Report
According to District collector Antar Singh, “the injections will not be provided without the authorization letter and hospital I-Cards. The hospitals have to provide the information of the patient and their status with an application.”
“The hospitals can daily send the applications online by 11 am by their email ids. Application received after the given time slot will be considered for the next day. The injection will then be provided to them after 2 pm from the office of CMHO-1”, he added.
