Rajasthan is about to get the gift of the third Vande Bharat train. Vande Bharat train will be operated between Lake City to Pink City. The third Vande Bharat train of Rajasthan – on the Jaipur-Udaipur route completed its trial run successfully on Sunday.
A lot of enthusiasm is being seen among the people regarding the operation of Vande Bharat train. Initially the speed of the train will be 120 to 130 kilometers per hour. The train would cover453 km in six hours. The train Route will be Udaipur-Jaipur-Udaipur. It will have stoppages at Mavli, Chanderiya, Bhilwara and Ajmer.
According to the sources, the Vande Bharat train is likely to start from August 15, 2023. As of now, no official schedule has been issued by the Railways yet. Vande Bharat train can be started from Udaipur to Durgapura railway station of Jaipur.
As per the Captain Sasikiran, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, “the Vande Bharat train has eight coaches. It will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities from coaches to toilets. Vande Bharat is a world-class train. The doors of the train are automatic. While traveling in the train, facilities like flight are being given to the passengers. Passengers in the train feel like traveling in flight. Passengers can also charge their mobile phones in the train itself.”

Vande Bharat train will depart from Udaipur at 8:10 am and reach Jaipur at 2:10 pm. It will then return from Jaipur at 10 pm and reach Udaipur at 4 pm through the same route. The complete time table of the route will be
