After the violent incident in the school of Udaipur, Rajasthan, now the education department has come into active mode. On Saturday, the education department issued a special guideline regarding students in schools. After this, now students are not allowed to enter the school with sharp weapons, knives, scissors, blades etc.
Director of Secondary Education Department, Ashish Modi said, “Parents send their children to study in school. The school should be the safest place for students where there should be no violence of any kind. Keeping this in mind, the Education Department has issued this guideline under which no sharp or edged instrument can be used in the school.”
Public notice regarding the new guidelines will be pasted not only on the school notice board but teachers will remind the students in the prayer meetings. So that any kind of violent incidents can be stopped in schools across the state.
Along with this, students will be randomly checked by teachers. Their school bags will also be checked. If any kind of sharp or harmful item is found from them, strict action will be taken against them.
Also, if the school teacher notices a sudden change in the behavior of the children, they will monitor them, counsel them and also inform their parents about it.
Not only teachers but also parents should do random checking of their children’s school bags. Talk to them and understand their behavior. It is very important for the future of children.
The implementation of the guidelines will be the responsibility of all teachers. If a student is careless or misbehaves, first the teachers will inform his parents about this. If there is no improvement even after this, a strict action will be taken against the student.
