A 200-meter stretch of the walking track in Jaipur’s Central Park will be kept closed for the next few months. The track is being closed due to the construction of underground parking being built near the golf club complex in the park. It will be closed for the general public from Tuesday, June 18.
According to the JDC, Manju Rajpal, “a pedestrian subway is being constructed from Rambagh Golf Club on Bhagwan Das Road towards Gate No. 2 of Rajasthan High Court. For this reason, the track (about 200 meters long) of the Central Park from the entry gate of the Golf Club located on Bhawani Singh Road to the Shiv Ji temple located in the Golf Club in front of the Rajasthan High Court was kept closed till the completion of the work of this project.”
During this period, people coming here for morning walks have been requested to change the system of walking a bit. This part of the walking trek will be closed from the morning of June 18.
