The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards celebrated its 25th edition in grand style in Jaipur on March 8 and 9, 2025. The event, held at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Centre (JECC), was a dazzling affair, honoring the best talents in the Indian film industry.
Highlights of the Event
Laapataa Ladies emerged as the big winner of the night, clinching a total of 10 awards, including Best Picture, Best Direction for Kiran Rao, and Best Performance in a Leading Role (Female) for Nitanshi Goel. Kartik Aaryan took home the Best Performance in a Leading Role (Male) award for his role in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.
The event also featured spectacular performances by Bollywood’s biggest stars. Kareena Kapoor Khan paid an emotional tribute to her grandfather, Raj Kapoor, on his 100th birth anniversary, dancing to iconic songs from his films. Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit, Nora Fatehi, and Kartik Aaryan also lit up the stage with their performances.
