A new experiment has been started to improve the cleanliness system in Sawai Mansingh (SMS), the largest hospital of Rajasthan. For this, the administration has pasted QR codes at different places, wards and corridors in every building. By scanning these codes from mobile, any person, patient or his family can lodge his complaint related to cleanliness.

The Chief Minister, Bhajan Lal Sharma first visited Sawai Mansingh Hospital in Jaipur and saw the cleanliness system there and other arrangements including the presence of staff. He was angry after seeing the poor sanitation system and instructed the officials of the Medical Health Department to improve the basic facilities in every hospital of the state including SMS.

The QR code facility has been started for monitoring the cleanliness system in SMS Hospital. In this, if a patient or his family members see dirt in the ward or toilet of the ward, corridors or anywhere in the hospital premises, they can send a complaint in writing by taking its photo from a mobile or by scanning the QR code. This complaint will be resolved within 24 hours.

Complaint will go to central desk

This complaint will go to the Central Health Desk established in the hospital. After this, the in-charge of the concerned area building or section will be informed about the complaint and it will be resolved.

Checking campaign was conducted on a large scale in January

Following the orders of the Chief Minister, department officials of all the districts were instructed to conduct a surprise inspection of the hospitals and see the arrangements there. A large-scale investigation campaign was launched in January, in which teams went to investigate more than 2 thousand hospitals. Based on the reports of these teams, the department had recently released the cleanliness ranking of hospitals.

The campaign will start again on the 15th

The Health Department will again conduct surprise inspections of hospitals across the state on a large scale from February 15 to February 29. In this, everything from cleanliness to availability of medicines, presence of employees, provision of drinking water, condition of wards and other arrangements will be seen and its report will be prepared and sent to the headquarters.
