Rajiv Gandhi Park to be built at Sanjay Circle in Jaipur

A new park will be built at Sanjay Circle in Jaipur, Clock tower will be installed in the park to be built at a cost of Rs 1 crore; MLA laid the foundation stone

Rajiv Gandhi Udyan will be constructed by Jaipur JDA at the Sanjay Circle located at Chandpole Gate. The foundation stone of this park was laid today by MLA Amin Kagzi. Apart from beautification work, new trees and plants will be planted in this park, which will be built at a cost of about one crore.

At the foundation stone laying ceremony, the MLA said that this park is being constructed through JDA, which will include a water body, fountains, walk-way and a statue of former Prime Minister Late. Rajiv Gandhi, installed in the park. For this reason, the name of this park is also named after Late. Rajiv Gandhi.

A small wall museum of former freedom fighters will also be built in the park, which will have pictures of the freedom fighters and a stone plaque in their names. A big tricolour flag and clock tower will also be built in this park.

Local councilors, top JDA officials and workers were present during the foundation stone-laying program. An open event space will also be prepared in this park for small programs, which will have seating arrangements for 50 to 100 people.
