Rajasthan’s first automatic ropeway to start at Khole ke Hanumanji temple in Jaipur

The first automatic ropeway of Rajasthan is soon to start for Khole ke Hanumanji temple in Jaipur. It will be the second ropeway in Jaipur after the Samod Hanumanji ropeway.

Good news for the people of Jaipur. Devotees will now be spared from climbing the breathtaking stairs to reach Khole ke Hanumanji Temple. The state’s first and largest automatic ropeway is going to start soon on the hills of Khole ke Hanuman Temple in Jaipur. The ropeway will be named Khole Ke Hanuman Ji Rope Way.

A 436-meter-long ropeway from Annapurna Mata Temple to Vaishno Mata Temple has been completed. People will get a view of Jaipur from a height of 85 meters. It will be the first automatic ropeway whose doors will be auto-locked and the trolley will not stop even after power failure. This is the 5th ropeway in the state and the second after the Samod Hanumanji ropeway in Jaipur district.

Devotees will no longer have to climb 121 stairs

This project will soon be started for the devotees and tourists, after which the devotees will not have to face any problems in reaching the temple situated at a height. At present, devotees have to climb 121 steep stairs to reach Vaishno Devi Temple from Hanumanji Temple in Khole. The elderly, children and disabled people face difficulty in reaching Vaishno Devi temple. As soon as the ropeway starts, the problems of these people will end and they will easily be able to go from the Hanumanji temple of Khola to Vaishno Devi Mata temple in 4.30 minutes.

Automatic mechanism in ropeway

This is the first ropeway in Rajasthan which has an automatic door opening-closing mechanism. As soon as the trolley moves from the platform, its gates will be auto-locked. The window gives a panoramic view. The ropeway is electrically operated, for which a separate transformer has been installed. If for some reason there is a power cut, the power supply to the generator installed there will automatically switch. The ropeway will be operated from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. To enhance its grandeur, LED lights will also be installed, which will make it look more attractive at night.

700 to 800 people will be able to travel in it every hour

12 cabins have been provided in this ropeway. In this, 700 to 800 people will be able to travel every hour. Six people will be able to reach the temple sitting together in one of its cabins. The ride will be stopped midway to give a bird’s eye view of Jaipur to the devotees and tourists. Two separate ticket counters have been made here.

Human trial will be held from September 15

Human trials for the ropeway will start on September 15. After the human trial is successful, it will be launched for the general public. PWD officials have examined the safety and efficiency of the ropeway. They will issue a safety certificate. The team will check the safety and efficiency of the ropeway every three months. Registration will have to be renewed in one year.

Child: Rs 75 (less than 110 cm)

Child: Rs 38 (less than 110 cm)

GST of 5% will be levied separately on this. Whereas for people above 70 years of age and disabled people, the two-way fare has been fixed at Rs 75.
