The Rajasthan Housing Board (RHB) has announced the launch of new residential schemes in cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, Barmer, and Hanumangarh. These schemes aim to provide affordable and quality housing options for families across various income groups, including EWS (Economically Weaker Sections), LIG (Low-Income Groups), MIG (Middle-Income Groups), and HIG (High-Income Groups).
The housing projects will feature modern amenities such as green spaces, community buildings, parking facilities, and water conservation systems. The RHB has emphasized its commitment to delivering sustainable and balanced lifestyles for residents.
Interested applicants can apply online, and the allocation of flats and independent houses will be conducted through a lottery system. The initiative is part of the Rajasthan government’s 2025-26 budget announcement, aiming to fulfill the dream of homeownership for citizens.
Additionally, the RHB is planning to introduce similar schemes in other locations, including Jaisalmer, Neemrana, and Shahjahanpur, to expand its reach and cater to more families.
Dr. Rashmi Sharma, the Housing Commissioner, stated, “These schemes are a significant step towards realizing the vision of a developed Rajasthan. Our goal is to provide timely, affordable, and high-quality housing to every citizen.”
