News

With the nearly finished Jaipur-Bandikui expressway, traveling between Jaipur and Delhi will get much quicker and more convenient, potentially offering a faster option than the Vande Bharat Express train. The Bandikui highway can start from October.

This project is set to make traveling between Jaipur and Delhi much faster. Traffic is expected to start on Jaipur to Bandikui Greenfield Expressway from October. 80 percent of the work on this bypass has been completed and the remaining work will be completed by the end of September.

The Jaipur-Bandikui expressway is a key part of the Delhi-Mumbai expressway and will greatly reduce travel time between the two cities, making it even faster than the Vande Bharat Express train. To build this road, officials had to remove 250 shops, houses, and other structures. They gave compensation to the affected people, which helped solve these issues.

Once the project is finished, the drive from Delhi to Jaipur, which now takes several hours, will only take three hours. This new road will not only cut down travel time but also ease the current traffic congestion on the existing routes.

Jaipur-Dausa Highway will reduce traffic jam

Currently, one has to go to Delhi from Jaipur via Dausa. Due to heavy traffic pressure in the 62 km distance between Jaipur and Dausa, it takes more time to travel. Heavy traffic coming from Ring Road South currently takes U-turns at two places on the highway (52 feet Hanuman Temple, Bagrana). This causes maximum traffic jams.

The new Clover Leaf Six Lane Expressway work has been started to provide connectivity to the existing highway and the new highway to be constructed from this ring road. Out of the four ramps being built on this clover leaf, the work of two was started in April this year, while the work of two ramps was stalled, which will be started from this month itself.

5 interchange between Jaipur and Bandikui

There will be 5 interchange points between Jaipur and Bandikui. Vehicles will be able to enter and exit the expressway from the interchange.

Kanota-Bagrana Toll, Naila, Lalwas on Jamwa Ramgarh Road- Sundarpura, Khuri Khurd on Senthal Road, Bhadli near Bandikui. To go to Bandikui, one will have to get down at Bhadoli. From Shyam Singhpura interchange, vehicles will be able to go directly through Delhi-Mumbai Expressway.

Journey from Jaipur to Delhi will be easy

After the construction of this highway, it will take about 40 minutes from Jaipur to Bandikui, while from there it will take 150 minutes to reach Gurgaon, Rajiv Chowk via the express highway, while it will take 30 minutes to reach Dhaula Kuan (Delhi) from Rajiv Chowk. In this way it will take about three and a half hours to reach Delhi from Jaipur.
