Marriott International’s Ritz Carlton brand will start on Delhi-Jaipur Highway. In this regard, an MOU was signed between Hotel Marriott and Gurnani Group at Hotel Radisson Blu on Monday. This luxury hotel will be ready by 2027, it will have 250 key resorts.
On this occasion, Rajeev Menon, President of Asia Pacific, Marriott International and Mohan Das Gurnani, Chairman of Gurnani Group exchanged the MoU. Akshay Gurnani, Kunal Gurnani, Mukesh Gurnani, Dinesh Gurnani were present in the program.
According to Mohan Das Gurnani, the chairman of Gurnani Group “We are planning to start this hotel in December 2027. It will have 250 rooms and we are bringing this hotel in the luxury segment. People coming here will get a different kind of experience. It will cost approximately Rs 2.25 to 2.5 crore to prepare one room and its total cost will be around Rs 500 crore.”
“This resort is located on Jaipur Delhi Highway, which is 40 kilometers from Jaipur International Airport. This resort is being built in villa style, which will be built on an area of 40 acres,” he added.
Expected to feature 250 modern guest rooms and suites, plans also call for the resort facilities to include a Lobby Lounge, a destination spa, replete with an indoor pool, six eclectic casual and fine dining restaurants and bars, and state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities at artfully designed spaces, reflective of the history, heritage and natural environment of Jaipur.
As per Rajeev Menon, Marriott International president, Asia Pacific excluding China “The Ritz Carlton is one of the most prestigious brands of Marriott International, driving its own high level of superior service standards and history of excellent quality.”
Akshay Gurnani of Gurnani Resorts and Hotels said that we are building such villas which will provide a different kind of experience to the visiting guests. A separate maid room will be made in this villa, apart from this it will have a personal swimming pool. This will provide a new direction to Jaipur in the luxury segment.
