Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh built this beautiful lush green Sisodia Rani Garden originally for his wife . His wife’s name was Sisodia, from Udaipur. The garden has a Mughal touch. It was created to melt the homesickness of the queen, but others think that it was done for the queen to be able to escape the court intrigues that was against her.
Sisodia Rani Garden has a beautiful landscape where a cool breeze and fresh air freely enter and refreshes the soul. How to Reach
You can get local buses that leave from Ghat Gate for the Sisodia Rani Palace. It is 10 km from Jaipur Railway station and 14 km from the airport which takes nearly half an hour to reach the garden.
Best time to visit
The best time to visit Sisodia Rani Ka Bagh is between July and March. as this is when the state witnesses monsoons followed by winters which are ideal for a visit.
