Now buying houses and land has become expensive in Jaipur. With the new financial year, residential and commercial DLC rates in Jaipur have increased by 10% from April 1. Due to increase in DLC rates, registration and stamp duty amount will also be higher. Stamp duty and registration fees will also be assessed as per the increased rates.

DLC rates were increased by 5% in the financial year 2023-24, while this time it has been increased by 10%. With this increased rate, now the highest DLC rate in C-Scheme and MI Road area will be between Rs 90 thousand to Rs 1.25 lakh and the lowest in Amer-Jal Mahal area will be between Rs 12 thousand to Rs 42 thousand.

Four Categories of DLC Rate

District-level committees (DLC) decide the rates to calculate the minimum price of properties, it is called DLC. Its 4 categories are residential, commercial, institutional and industrial. The DLC rate of any property is decided according to its location, market value and available facilities.
