Somaya Singh of Jaipur tops All India Law Entrance Test 2019

Saumya Singh has made the city proud as he topped the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2019. Saumya is a resident of Jagatpura in Jaipur. Saumya secured 93.25% marks in AILET 2019 and became the India topper.

Saumya attributed his success to the blessing of his parents and family members. Saumya comes from an academic family. His father RD Gurjar has been a Rajasthan University professor while his mother is the head of geology department in Mohanlal Sukhadia University.

Harsh Sethi of Rajasthan is another student who has made it to the top 10 from securing the third position in All India Rank. He secured 85.25% marks in AILET 2019

Mariam from Kerala achieved the second All India Rank with 89.75 points. There are four girls on the top 10 list.

The test for the admission in a five years integrated course of National Law University Delhi was conducted on May 5.  In the first list, 52 candidates from the general category, 11 from SC and 5 from ST have been selected.
