Sadhguru arrived in Jaipur for save soil mission

Sadhguru reached Jaipur on Thursday to promote the soil conservation movement. He is on a 100-day mission on a bike journey of 30000 km.

Isha Foundation founder Sadhguru was welcomed in Pink City with great enthusiasm. He arrived in Jaipur on Thursday during an ongoing 100-day bike journey. It was the 73rd day of his 30,000-km long bike journey passing over 27 countries to spread awareness about saving soil.

Sadhguru’s Save Soil campaign intends to spread. awareness about the serious matter of soil erosion and creating policies to conserve soil. For the creation of a Conscious Planet, Sadhguru started with the 30,000 km journey for the “Save Soil Mission” in 100 days. He reached India passing through Europe, London, the UK, and the Middle East.

A huge crowd welcomed Sadhguru in Pink City

A huge crowd came up to observe Yogi, Mystic, Visionary – Isha Foundation founder, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, ‘Sadhguru Ji’ at JECRC in the Pink city. As seen, Jaipurites gathered in large numbers to listen to Sadhguru supporting the mission to save the soil. The arrival of Sadhguru was marked with an enchanting music and traditional dance performances at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center.

At JECRC, he emphasized on saving soil along with environmental protection. He said that the situation in the world is deteriorating. The shortage of fertile soil is increasing for some time due to which the future is in danger. In such a situation, all of us together have to keep the fertile soil safe and protected. Not only the soil but also the organic material in the soil needs to be preserved. Soil is not our property, it is a heritage from our generation. It is our responsibility to give this legacy to the coming generation as well.

Mou signed with Rajasthan

According to Sadhguru, “We are going all over the world and connecting the general public with the Save Soil campaign. Because even without the involvement of the public, the campaign cannot be successful. He said that at present 74 countries of the world have joined our campaign. Now, we have also done an MOU with the Rajasthan government under the soil save campaign campaign. Mou has been signed between the Agriculture Department of Rajasthan Government and Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev to save soil.”

He further added, “This is an endeavor to bring a policy in 192 countries that if you possess agricultural land, the soil should have a minimum of 3 to 6% organic content. We have nation specific written policy reports depending upon the soil type, latitudinal position, the region and agricultural traditions of that particular region.”

Amid chants and prayers by volunteers, Sadhguru commenced his journey from Coimbatore. So far five lakh people have been directly connected through this campaign across the world. Sadhguru’s journey will end in the basin of the river Kaveri by the end of June. In the course of the journey, he will meet with leaders from all 27 countries urging them to initiate urgent policy action to save the soil.
