News

The Narendra Modi government issued guidelines regarding unlocking 4.0 on Sunday night. Some important decisions have been taken regarding the reopening of the schools in Rajasthan. However, the government will issue detailed guidelines after September 21.

The central government has announced the Unlock 4.0 guidelines. School-colleges have been asked to remain closed till 30 September, while metro rail has been approved to be run in a graded manner from 7 September. The open-air theatre is allowed to open from 21 September. After the central government guidelines, the Rajasthan government will soon be issuing its revised coronavirus guidelines.

The Unlock 4.0 process is going to start in the country as well as the state. As per their guideline, 100 people have been allowed to attend the events. Whereas, the state government has still kept the maximum number of people gathering at the events limited to 50. Along with this, it will also be necessary to maintain social distancing with people wearing masks. The organizers will also have to arrange for a thermal screening, hand wash and sanitizer. The process of opening the schools has also begun.

According to the new guidelines, the existing system for online and distance learning for school and college education will continue. But some relief has been given since 21 September. After September 21, students from class 9 to 12 who live outside the containment zone can go to schools voluntarily to seek guidance from their teacher. 50% of the staff in educational institutions have been allowed to call the school for online tuition. However, prior to this, written approval of the parents will be required.

The state government may issue detailed guidelines regarding schools, by the second week of September, which will contain all the detailed information related to the corona protocol.

It has also been said in this guideline that its decision was taken only after talking to the states and union territories. Now marriages, social, political, academic programs, sports activities, entertainment events and cultural-religious gatherings have been allowed from 21 September.

Activities at the cinema, swimming pool, entertainment park, theatre and other such places will still be restricted.
