From 1 October 2019, major changes are being made in the country. Many New rules changes from 1 october 2019 that will come into force by 12 o’clock tonight. Some of them will have a direct impact on the common man’s pocket while some might come as a piece of good news.

Changes are going to be implemented in many places, including banking, transport, GST, corporate tax, use of plastic and schools from tomorrow. The Central Government is now going to make a big change in the driving license rules, these rules will affect crores of drivers. Millions of school children are also associated with these changes. 

Some of the new rules changes from 1 october are as follows:

In Rajasthan, one-shift government schools will open at 10:00 am instead of 7:30 am and close at 4:00 pm in the evening instead of 1:00 pm. At the same time, the time of two-shift schools will also change from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Both shifts will run for a maximum of 5 hours.

Ban on Single-Use Plastic from October 2

Now single-use plastic will be banned. The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India have banned drinking water from plastic bottles. Hotels and restaurant operators will not be able to serve expensive bottled water. Instead, they will have to serve water in paper sealed glass bottles.

Changes in Driving License and RC of the car 

Now the driving license and registration certificate will be seen in an updated form in a hi-tech way. Microchip and QR codes will be installed in it. Both will have the same color. The process for this will be online. Updating them will be mandatory so that all information can be collected easily.

No Cashback available on buying petrol and diesel

New rules changes from 1 october 2019 now Cashback will not be available on petrol and diesel. The consumer will not get 0.75 percent cash back on taking petrol and diesel from the SBI credit card. SBI has been sending a message to its customers about the new rule even before it will be implemented. The Cess tax on 13 seater petrol and diesel vehicles will also be reduced.

Reducing The Penalties in State Bank of India

SBI Bank is also reducing its penalties. The penalty amount for not keeping the monthly deposit will now be reduced by 80 percent. SBI Bank will provide 10 free transactions for its Metro City customers and 12 free transactions for other cities. With this, SBI will reduce the penalty by up to 80 percent if the monthly average deposit is not kept.

Changes in Pension Policy

The government is also going to change the pension policy for central employees and personnel associated with the Department of Defense. Under the new rule, if the service of an employee has completed 7 years and he dies, then his family will get the benefit of increased pension.

Change in GST

New rules changes from 1 october 2019 now there will be no tax at booking the hotels up to one thousand. Now, the GST will be 12 percent on rooms rented up to Rs 7500 in the hotel. At the same time, corporate tax will be reduced from 30 percent to 22 percent.
