Jaipur airport positioned 17 among Top-20 airports of the country

Jaipur airport ranked 17th out of 20 best airports in the country and number 74th worldwide. This was announced a few days ago, in a report of a survey done by Airport service quality, conducted by the Airport Council International.

Jaipur airport scored 4.57 rating on its service qualities. This included facilities like parking, shopping, quality of food, the customer’s experience and many more’, said officials.

Jaipur International Airport dropped down in terms of quality services as compared to the last year. Hence, no ASQ award was given to Jaipur airport in any category this year. Whereas, other airports including New Delhi, Bangalore, Indore and other received prestigious awards in various categories.

While Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport became the first airport in the world, winning the Airports Council International’s Airport Service Quality (ACI ASQ) Award. Also, it received the honor for both arrivals and departures along with winning the award for the best airport by size.

The airport’s officials who got awarded will gather at the second ACI Customer Experience Global Summit in Bali in Indonesia, where the ASQ Awards Ceremony will be held in September.
