India’s first pink synthetic racing track to be built at Jaipur

SMS stadium of Jaipur will soon have the country's first pink synthetic racing track; it will be like an Olympic-level track; it will be ready in 6 months.

India’s first Pink Synthetic Racing Track is going to be built at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. International level championship will be organized on this pink color track constructed at a cost of 7 crores.

As per the Sports Council, this will be the country’s first pink track. Until now, the tracks were made of red color, for the first time the track will have a pink color syncing with the color of the pink city. To prepare this track, the synthetic material will be coming from Switzerland, which has reached Delhi and will reach Jaipur soon.

Will be ready in 6 months

The preparations have been done and the work of uprooting the 15-year-old track has already started in the stadium. The work of leveling it has started. The track will be available for athlete use over the coming 6 months..

Along with this, the players will also get the facility to sit. No international level competition was held on the track till date. There is a possibility of holding an international level championship here.

Experts will come from Delhi

A team of experts will come from Delhi to prepare the 400-meter racing track to be built in the stadium. For this, the synthetic material will be prepared by laying it again.
