Jaipur-Delhi-Agra to be E-Highway

Golden Triangle, Jaipur-Delhi-Agra to be E-Highway soon with Geo-fencing

India's Golden Triangle, the Jaipur-Delhi-Agra Highway to become an E-highway with geo-fence technology to keep e-vehicles theft-proof.

India surges high with an initiative to deliver world-class facilities on e-highways by attaining clean and green surface transport. The Golden Triangle of India, Jaipur-Delhi-Agra Highway will soon be installed with Geo-fencing to make it an E-Highway.

Geo-fencing: The Ultimate Grid is an advanced technology that helps in keeping 24 hours surveillance on electric vehicles passing by the highway and enables them to run on a theft-proof relay model.

Geofencing creates a virtual geographic boundary by making use of global positioning system (GPS) and radio frequency identification (RFID) technology. It will also enable the software to initiate an action when a device enters or leaves a particular area.

This initiative of Geo-fencing on highways is being commissioned by various tech organizations including EoDB Services and UNL Global in union with National Highways for EV (NHEV).

UNL Global to build Internet of Places

UNL Global is a next-gen, smart micro-location and mapping platform that is composing a digital, 1:1, geo-data server named ‘Internet of Places’ where places can be uploaded on a digital platform. This will facilitate the users to connect with stations, vehicles, Roadside Assistance (RSA) services in real-time.

In addition to this, UNL will also enable businesses to establish virtual private maps and provide every location with a different verifiable digital address – a UNL geoID.

UNL Global has united with NHEV to take part in this project. This will bring forward a new era of hyper-local services, from e-commerce and last-mile delivery to smart mobility and independent solutions.

According to the CEO and Founder of UNL Global, Xander Van DerHeijden, “NHEV is the first of its kind project and is bound to revolutionize the way we design e-highway and build EV infrastructure to contribute to the Central Government leadership vision to reform, perform and transform. UNL is excited and honoured to be an onboarded supplier and Technology Provider for the TECH-Trail Run 2.”
