City Palace Museum will exhibit a royal collection inspired from City Palace

City Palace Museum had so far been an attraction of Soviet collection for the visitors. Now the visitors will be able to explore designer wear collection in the City Palace Museum. This collection will portray Rajasthan’s heritage, tradition, and architecture. At the Palace Atelier, a designer wear range designed by the creativity of fashion designer Selja Swamy has been included. This collection will soon be made available to the public with a website launch. Recently, photo shoots were done for these designer collections at City Palace, in which the city’s models appeared in ethnic, Indo western and traditional Royal Look. They were styled by Abhimanyu Singh Tomar.

The highlight of this collection is that it is Inspire from Rajasthan’s Heritage and Royal Dresses. Motive inspired by the Palace’s architecture has been used more and more in this collection. Prepared in a year, these collections are made with traditional handwork with different fabrics such as cotton, silk, ray-silk, crepe, fabricated in the abs, leaf, sequence, natural die and block printing.

Also, it includes a collection inspired by the royal costumes of the Royal Family. The pink color is very beautifully presented in these attires. Moreover, the male collection includes the ranged inspired by the court that is Royal Jacket, band Galaa. Apart from this, whatever is the display in the museum has been included in Inspire Collection and Replica Collection. The style of Royal Family’s favorite chiffon sari is given a different look. The pastel colors chiffon sarees, hand embroidery sari are given a royal touch with attaching a cap to them.
