Apart from this, the state’s largest fruit and vegetable market in Jaipur will also be closed tomorrow, supporting the Bandh.

The chairman of Jaipur, District Congress Committee and Transport Minister, Pratap Singh Khachariwas said that the Congress is fully supporting the Bharat Bandh. Due to this, all shops and establishments in Jaipur city will be closed tomorrow. However, all essential or emergency services including hospitals, medical shops, petrol pumps, gas agencies will remain open.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday tweeted that he is a strong supporter of the farmers and will always stand with them to take this issue related to their interests to every corner of the country.

The farmers will start proceeding towards Delhi a day before the Bharat Bandh. Farmers from all districts will leave in batches for New Delhi from December 7.

The Bharat Bandh by the farmers will also affect the Jaipur-Delhi route, which is the busiest route in the state. As there are many weddings on 8 and 9 December, the travellers going through the Delhi-Jaipur route may face problems.
